The Division:
The Information Technology (IT) department has more than 100 professionals who define strategies, engage users, reengineer business processes, implement projects and support solutions.
Since 10 years, about all SAP modules have been implemented in a single worldwide instance supporting 10.000 users in finance, procurement, HR, manufacturing and project management. We continuously extend the functional footprint with more than 80 SAP projects per year.

Responsibilities:
You will work in an integrated IT-team within the Human Resources management domain. This involves close collaboration with direct colleagues, internal/external clients and other IT services.
From day one, you’ll be involved in a host of major national or international initiatives. These activities cover on one hand the support of our existing IT platforms and on the other hand the roll-out of new solutions.

You will be highly involved in the integration of the GSK Biologicals platform with the Corporate GSK systems, this requires a functional understanding of master data flows and the associated technical set-up.

Essential Skills:
Profile:

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial or Commercial Engineering or Sciences.
• You are a new starter with excellent academic background.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and oral, is a MUST.
• PhD, a post-graduate qualification, experience in international environment and experience in pharmaceutical companies are valuable assets and will be extremely advantageous.
• Some consulting experience or time spent in a large multinational environment would be valuable.
