POSITION TITLE: SCPD Coordinator
DEPARTMENT: Securitas Center for Professional Development (SCPD)
LOCATION: Eastern Operations Center (EOC) in Parsippany, NJ
JOB SUMMARY: Work with Region Training Directors, Managers, and other LMS administrators to update and maintain LMS user records, administrative roles, and course and curricula data. Help coordinate activities of Securitas Center for Professional Development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Under supervision of SCPD Director, create, update, maintain and monitor learning items, curricula, catalogs and assignment profiles.
2. Respond to inquiries from users and troubleshoot problems, including referral and follow up of problems to SuccessFactors Customer Support, the Help Desk, or SCPD Director.
3. Serve as liaison between field LMS administrators and users, the Help Desk, IT Support, and Solutions Trainers.
4. Run LMS reports for SCPD and on request from management.
5. Under supervision of SCPD Director, maintain integrity of LMS data by periodically reviewing additions and changes made by field administrators. Edit or delete bad data and communicate with source.
6. Independently perform tasks in support of the Excellence in Service magazine and Officer of the Year programs; Sons and Daughters Scholarships; and processing of departmental invoices, chargebacks, and expense reports.
7. Analyze nationwide requests for tuition reimbursement. Identify applications in compliance with company standards, notify applicants of missing or non-qualifying information, and process those in compliance.
8. Maintain SCPD library. Responsibility for accuracy of Library Index, distributing materials nationwide, following up on overdue items, and recommending possible purchases.
9. Under general SCPD supervision, update and maintain SCPD site on Securitas Portal.
10. Work with part-time SCPD Coordinator to perform department clerical support; maintain filing system; order supplies; photocopy, collate and assemble documents; maintain storage rooms.
11. Additional duties assigned, as required.
Minimum Qualifications at Entry
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
· Knowledge of standard office procedures and practices.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Previous experience in a project based environment required.
· Previous experience with Database Administration a plus.
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and previous experience in an administrative position; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

· Pronounced ability to be a committed team player and interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
· Ability to prioritize assignments to meet strict project deadlines with minimal supervision
· Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity software including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
· Strong proofreading, writing, and editing skills

· Strong customer service and results orientation.
