Position Overview

Prepares reports and presentations. Interacts with all levels of employees.
Communicating with management and with customers.
Performs general clerical duties including typing, filing, copying and faxing correspondence. Manages schedules, sets meetings, accepts and places telephone calls, and prepares expense reports.
Coordinates travel. Assists Sales Managers with sales promotions.
Communicates pertinent information to sales force.
Maintains sales performance metrics and documentation relative to Company goals and objectives.
Minimum of one year previous experience in a supervisory role in a retail sales function.
Minimum of two years experience performing retail sales duties in a fast paced retail environment.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Previous experience coordinating multiple projects.
Composes correspondence to internal and external customers on behalf of the Sales Managers.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
2 year degree in business or related field.
