Monitor the process for prioritization of the workflow and resources based on volume and staffing to meet required deadlines. Follow client procedures and service level agreements to achieve performance objectives. Conduct problem solving and analysis to resolve day to day operational issues, conduct process audits daily/ weekly to provide quality feedback and ensure compliance with procedures, gather and input required operational statistics for reporting to management, interface with equipment vendors to report machine issues, assist operations Supervisor in communication process changes and operational requirements to team and ensure they are implemented, assist operations Supervisor with coordination and evaluation of training for new hires/ transfers. Two or three years of remittance processing experience desired. Must have demonstrated leadership and or supervisory experience; ability to work in a high production environment with critical quality standards; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively; good analytical ability to identify and resolve potential issues dealing with a highly technical data processing system; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to maintain a high level of mechanical understanding of the various production equipment for repair and troubleshooting; excellent organizational skills; good manual dexterity skills; PC skills in Windows, Excel, Word, and Access. Must be self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
