Coporate Real Estate Product Control (Analyst) recruitment
Our client, a top investment bank, has recently migrated their Corporate Real Estate PC team to Singapore and are looking to add an analyst to their ranks. It is a new role, offering good exposure to products and accounting duties. The team is small (approx 4-5 people) but is set to grow over the next couple of years.
This is an attractive role due to its niche nature and broad job spec - technical products and accounting, MIS and analysis lots of stakeholder management and exposure to the front office.
Day-to-day duties:
- Daily Formal PL reporting
- Balance Sheet substantiation
- Valuation and related disclosures
- Letter of Representation reporting
- PC Control monitoring
- MIS reporting
- Trader Mandate Loss notification monitoring
- New Facilities Agreement (NFA) review
- Debt restructuring review
- Due diligence on revenue recognition (in consultation with TAG)
