Copy Manager

Rodale is seeking a self-directed, extremely detail oriented integrated marketing professional to work in our high energy New York office. The Copy Manager plays a hybrid role that combines the responsibilities of a traditional copy manager with sponsor-related work on key brand platform programs. The successful candidate will develop a consistent voice for Prevention that will live through all related materials, including, but not limited to, sales materials, presentations, advertorials, digital executions and event collateral.

Responsibilities include:

· Development of a consistent voice and language that will be woven through all materials · Act as a resource for the marketing department for copy editing · Work with art team to write, design and produce all marketing materials, sales tools and digital presence for key brand platform programs · Collaborate with marketing managers, sales staff and art department to develop category-specific sales materials and presentations · Assistance in creating identities for categories within both brands · Work with Associate Publisher Marketing to develop and package platform marketing, merchandising, and brand communications programs in support of the sales effort · Manage related budgets

Qualifications:

· 6-8 years integrated marketing experience (print, online, mobile and social platforms) · Creative thinker with superior writing and editing skills · Highly detail-oriented · Strong communication and polished presentation skills · Ability to multi-task and work under pressure · Experience with 360-degree multi-platform marketing programs
