This position will work closely with the Creative Director, strategists and clients to produce a clear, consistent voice for CarMax s advertising initiatives. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Write copy as needed on a wide range of projects including but not limited to brochures, signage, direct mail and miscellaneous in-store and out of home communications Work in and sometimes lead cross-functional teams in the Marketing area to establish creative consistency across marketing mediums. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions to creative challenges and develop ways to communicate CarMax s unique messages Collaborate with team members in the creative process Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
