Core Java Developer – Hedge Fund – Automated Trading – Hong Kong recruitment
Prop trading firm requires a core Java Developer for its High Frequency Options trading desk. This is a 100% hands on Java Developer role and will focus on developing automated algorithmic trading systems for options trading.
This Java developer will be responsible for building cutting edge high frequency low latency automated trading systems. This is Hong Kong based role currently trading Asian markets, a veery technical role reporting a senior lead Java developer/architect.
The role will be trader facing and involve gathering business and system requirements so will give you a very strong working knowledge of Option pricing, hedging, trading strategy implementation, Algo trading and risk management.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years solid core Java development experience
- Very smart individual with a strong academic background in Computer Science or a numerical degree
- Excellent communication skills in English
