Core Network Engineer Job in Sydney 2000, New South Wales Australia
My client, a major solutions provider urgently requires a Core Network Engineer to manage multiple projects across Australia and the South Pacific. You will have extensive experience of post-sales project implementation and technical support for NGN/IMS core network equipment such as on-site survey, installation, commissioning and maintenance.
You will provide remote and on-site trouble shooting, field testing for QA, technical solution and hands on support on NGN/IMS core network, provide assistance in after sales and conduct hardware and software product testing.
You will be degree educated in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area and will possess extensive experience of NGN/IMS(Softx3000,MGW,SBC,STP,Number Portability) networking design, elements deployment and troubleshooting.
You will be a hands on network engineer specialising in NGN/IMS, pre and post launch optimization, network swaps, mobile technology, VoIP/SIP services and device configurations
There will be extensive travel involved with this role.
