Our client is one of London's top law firms. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven Corporate associate at the 1+ PQE level to join the firm's growing team.
The successful applicant will join a corporate team that services an international client base. As such, you will advise on high profile flotations, MA, private equity/venture capital, joint ventures, IPOs and capital markets. High quality and diverse work is therefore promised from the outset.
Candidates should have excellent academics, and should have broad, demonstrable corporate experience derived from a quality City or large regional firm. Excellent client handling ability and top technical skills are also essential. This opportunity comes with competitive remuneration and provides genuine prospects for career progression.
