CORPORATE ACCESS – MANAGER / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR recruitment
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for Corporate Access (CA) activities (listed companies' NDRs, luncheon meeting, telephone/video conference calls, seminars/corporate days and investor visits) and Analyst marketing in Singapore and overseas branches. The activities include those which are initiated by overseas branches and are held in the region as well as initiated by the other offices and held in Singapore.
- Logistic support and relationship management with the companies in the region, especially for Singapore. Internal liaison with global sales, analysts, and global Corporate Access counterparties.
- Monitor cost effectiveness of the activities.
- Develop and maintain the centralized database/schedule, Client Relationship Management system (for information-sharing, project planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting purpose), and make regular ad-hoc reports to the management in Singapore, Tokyo and HK.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Access / Investor Relations for listed companies or Asian equity institutional sales / research area
- Good communication skill (English, Mandarin) and project management skill is an asset
- Travelling required (average 5 days monthly, including weekends)
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good interpersonal skill, highly motivated, pleasant personality and resourceful
