Corporate Access Manager recruitment

Background:

Liberum Capital Limited is a niche investment bank with offices in London and New York. Liberum started trading in September 2007 and has grown to a current establishment of circa 150employees.

The core activities are:

  1. Research, Sales and Trading – large cap European equities, small and mid cap European equities and investment funds
  2. Market Making – small and mid cap UK equities and investment funds
  3. Corporate Finance – IPOs and secondary issues, MA advice.

Liberum Capital is recruiting for an experienced Corporate Access Manager, to develop the Liberum Capital Business by further raising its profile with our existing clients. To achieve this, the candidate will have the skills creativity to organise innovative and high profile events that will attract participation of industry and other leaders. Key responsibilities will include:

Skills, Attributes and Credentials:

Essential

  1. at least 5 years experience within Equities environment
  2. highly creative ; able to identify and deliver high quality events
  3. sufficient gravitas to network effectively with individuals at all levels
  4. excellent organisational skills and 'multi-tasking' ability
  5. good communication and 'people skills'
  6. client focus
  7. a high level of attention to detail
  8. able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  9. good negotiation, sales and marketing skills
  10. excellent budgetary control
  11. the ability to work as part of a team and also on your own initiative
  12. enthusiasm, motivation and a positive attitude.
