Corporate Access Manager/Associate Director recruitment
Responsibilities
- Report to the Head of Equity.
- Handle Corporate Access (CA) activities (listed companies' NDRs, luncheon meeting, telephone/video conference calls, seminars/corporate days and investor visits) and Analyst marketing in Singapore and overseas branches.
- Logistic support and relationship management with the companies in the region, especially for Singapore. Internal liaison with global sales, analysts, and global Corporate Access counterparties.
- Monitor cost effectiveness of the activities.
- Develop and maintain the centralized database/schedule, Client Relationship Management system (for information-sharing, project planning, monitoring, analysis and reporting purpose), and make regular ad-hoc reports to the management in Singapore, Japan and HK.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree in any discipline;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Access / Investor Relations for listed companies or Asian equity institutional sales / research area;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good project management skill is an asset;
- Travelling is required;
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
- Highly motivated, pleasant personality and resourceful.
