The Opportunity

Healthworks, a leader and innovator in the health club industry for over 30 years, is seeking a dynamic Corporate Account Manager with a track record of formulating and driving winning sales strategies that achieve and exceed revenue goals.   The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for building B2B relationships through the development and securing of long-term relationships with businesses, municipalities and other organizations that have a workforce that would benefit from our services.  The Account Manager targets, pitches and cultivates new accounts, enhances current B2B relationships by developing strategies and programs that meet the health and wellness needs of employees, drives leads through those relationships and delivers legendary service to corporate customers.  This is a business development role that is best suited to someone who gets job satisfaction from over-achieving and excels at consultative selling.

Qualifications

·    Passion for sales and a proven track record of developing and executing winning sales strategies and converting prospects into customers;

·    Drive to exceed expectations and goal oriented.

·    Ability to develop/build B2B relationships utilizing proven sales techniques including research, prospecting, presenting, analyzing needs, and closing.

·    A creative thinker who is confident, driven and can work independently.

·    Strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to deliver professional presentations, listen to others, connect with people, and write proficiently. 

·    Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

·    A team player who can work with a diversity of people collaboratively.

·    Technology proficient – comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 

·    Strong commitment to Healthworks vision, mission and core values;

·    Bachelors Degree
