Job Description

Responsible for the revenue and customer / market development at this Key Account for NXP

To organize and carry on the activity of sales for all NXP Products
To drive the demand creation objectives set by- / agreed upon with the Distribution Management at the account together with the appropriate BU/BL Team and the corporate structure of the account.
To maximize the business for all assigned NXP products in the designated market place and account branch according to the business development programs agreed with Distribution Management BU/BL
To meet the demand fulfillment objectives set by- / agreed upon with- the Distribution Management for the designated market place.
To drive corporate strategy in coordination with market requirements, customers need, program / project requirement whenever required by Management.
To develop and build strong relationships at all levels of the Distributor (s) to capture and maintain “supplier” lead position (relationship matrix).

Requirements

• Define and deploy Distribution strategy at the distributor, agreed with Distribution Management BU/BL

• Help and understand the account development and strategy to match with NXP Semiconductors and objectives.

• Define and drive targeted market with the distributor in alignment with BU/BL and Distribution Management.

• Communicate the Distributor NXP specific corporate strategy to the relevant groups at NXP

• Identify together with the assigned account and their appropriate sales / marketing people the projects with high sales growth potential, ensure support and drive from all relevant group at NXP and the distributor to WIN those projects.

• Prepare the Distributor POA and POS budget, define registration and Design WIN objectives and agree with BU/BL Distribution management.

• Monitor the business development (sales and demand creation) through internal and distributors corporate reviews (quarterly base). Define and ensure the fulfillment of all corrective actions, coordinating the activity with Regional Distribution Sales and BU/BL Marketing/Technical resources. Set priorities in agreement with Distribution Management.

• Align and update forecast internally and externally on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis both POA and POS.

• Define and align needed MARCOM activity to promote NXP together with the distributor on the market.

• Coordinate trade show activities, track marketing campaigns to evaluate results, propose e-commerce/web strategies/activities.

• To provide training for the Distributor (s) from both a technical and sales standpoint whenever and wherever required through advance planning.

• To develop Joint End customer Program with the Distributor (s), providing support on market / product.

• Asset management: Monitor, manage distributor inventory and ensure right mixed of products, ensure quick fix to avoid financial risk for NXP; support and drive stock rotation and/or scrap process.

• Define and develop bonus Incentive scheme to further drive / grow NXP revenue and Demand Creation performance at the account.

• Ensure appropriate internal sales reporting and to the Distribution Management.

• Deploy and drive business review process, track achievement on agreed KPIs.

• Participate in cross unit task development.
