CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT
My client is a large pharmaceutical company with a global presence within the FTSE 250. They have grown dramatically within the past 5 years are continuously expanding their corporation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technical accountant who is a self-starter and looking to progress their career.
A Corporate Accountant is needed due to the size of the business, to join the London based finance team. The position is initially for 6 months, however it is likely that the duration is extended. The day-to-day responsibilities of the corporate accountant will be for the corporate account budgeting, forecast and variance analysis. Further duties will involve consolidating division accounts and the balance sheet account; which in turn will include VAT, GIT and GRNI. The successful candidate will have to ensure that the processing is accurate as well as prepared on time.
My client is looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a few years post-qualified experience. The successful candidate must have a strong working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley, USGAAP and IAS.
