Corporate Accounting Specialist 10-31627786
A large industrial products manufacturer is seeking a Corporate Accounting Specialist. This position is located in Berwyn and will report to the Corporate Accounting Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the general accounting duties
- Ensure all contracts are in compliance with the company’s accounting policy
- Suggest and record payroll general ledger journal entries
- Assist in the creation of purchase requisitions
- Maintain accounting accruals and reserves
- Assistance payroll managers with salaried payrolls as needed
- Complete ad hoc account analysis and participate in accounting projects as needed
- Work in conjunction with internal and external auditors
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, minimum 3 years experience, payroll processing experience preferably using ADP required, SAP experience is a plus, thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products, must be able to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
