Our client is a well-recognised and highly successful International Bank. They are looking to hire an experienced Corporate Action Associate with Corporate Actions background to join their growing Asset Servicing team in Central.
This role exists to ensure that clients' entitlement to corporate action events are protected and expected to meet or exceed clients SLA requirements to achieve high standard of quality and commitment. You will check and ensure that all corporate action events are processed correctly and promptly and ensure prompt notifications to clients on voluntary corporate action events such as rights, dividend with options, expiry of warrants, redemptions, etc. You will also check that clients' instructions are executed accordingly and handle their enquiries and provide timely response, maintaining high standard of client service quality.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- A Bachelor Degree
- At least 2-3 years experience in Corporate Actions, ideally from other Investment Bank
- Strong Knowledge of the financial markets and services
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Candidates with Prime Brokerage experience will be prioritised
