Our client is a renowned Investment Bank with multiple lines of business and services designed to serve their institutional and individual clients' needs. They are currently looking for an experienced Corporate Actions Analyst to deliver strategic and tactical solutions to meet the challenges of a deadline driven environment.
Being a part of a dynamic regional corporate actions team, you will be responsible for covering a range of Corporate Action Events for the bank's Prime Brokerage, Custody and Proprietary Desk. You will be primarily responsible for the daily processing from event notification to depot and nostro reconciliation in order to deliver a high quality service to Global client base. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing bank in Hong Kong and also one that provides good career progression opportunities.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- 2+ years of corporate actions processing or operations experience gained within an international bank
- Candidates with Asset Servicing and knowledge of Prime Brokerage related to Equity and Derivatives products will be prioritised
- Must have Strong understanding of Corporate Actions within Asian markets and their regulations
- Good knowledge of Equity Derivatives and trade processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively foster working relations with multiple key stakeholder
- A high attention to details and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Initiation and proactive attitude to learn more
- Fluency in English, Cantonese while Mandarin capabilities would be a plus
