Corporate Actions Processor
Headquartered in London, HSBC. one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world, is looking for a Corporate Actions Administrator to join the HSBC Security Services department.
The Corporate Actions Administrator will process corporate events in respect of assets held on behalf of HSS clients, ensuring that all work is processed correctly in accordance with HSS procedures and / or client instructions. Team targets of timeliness, accuracy and quality are to be observed and achieved. To escalate to line management any matters of risk, compliance and or regulatory breaches and other matters of concern identified during the course of their daily work.
To be considered for this role, you should ideally possess experience in the following:
- Extensive knowledge of investment banking products, along with good experience of processing corporate actions is required.
- Specific market knowledge of the role advertised is beneficial.
- Corporate Action knowledge on various markets including UK, Europe, Asia, US and other emerging markets
- Practical and working knowledge of operations functions is preferred.
- Attention to detail along with speed and accuracy are important, along with the ability to work in a team.
