Corporate Actions Analyst – Abu Dhabi recruitment
Responsibilities include:
- Track, update and process all Corporate Actions
- Depending on market practices, the candidate will record dividend accruals according to dividend announcements and consider the different tax on each
- Support and monitor the service and performance of Global custodians
- Produce Corporate Action file before processing and sending copies of both template and research material to Accounts Department
- Provide information on voluntary corporate actions where necessary to Fund Managers and Investors
- Support performance measures of external vendors
Skills required:
- Degree qualified or international equivalent
- Working knowledge of the end to end process of corporate actions
- Working knowledge of Swift and Bloomberg
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well established Investment house based out in Abu Dhabi. Their investment portfolio consists of Equities, Fixed income and property, to name a few.
