The Company:

The Opportunity:
The main purpose of the role will be to provide assistance and advice across different parts of the business in order that the Corporate Actions are executed in the appropriate manner. You will be responsible for communicating with internal departments and external intermediaries including Custodians, Vendors and Brokers. You will also be expected to ensure valuations are input in a timely and accurate manner and that all exceptions are accounted for with cash and stock reconciliations cleared promptly. A large component of your role will also comprise of Securities Pricing, Compliance Testing and Financial Reporting.
Your Details:
This position will suit an experienced Corporate Actions candidate with previous Funds Management, Custody or Broking experience. Additionally you will have had exposure to Settlements, Pricing and Reconciliation's processes and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. This role is dependant on a consistent high standard and understanding of risk and control measures. Previous experience is imperative to this role as you will be expected to serve as a resource to the department and also participate in recommendations for improvements. Time management, analytical skills and strong communication are also a must
