Corporate Actions Analyst
We currently have an urgent requirement for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join a highly prestigious investment bank within their custody arm on an on-going basis.
You will be responsible for processing mandatory corporate action events. Duties will include reconciling clients’ positions and paying out and reconciling entitlements. Other responsibilities will include collating relevant data for each corporate action issue and allocating new securities to position holders where stock is received.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience of corporate actions processing. Knowledge of mandatory event types is essential and knowledge of the end to end corporate action lifecycle. Experience of CREST and Euroclear would be highly advantageous.
