Corporate Actions Associate recruitment
A top tier Investment Bank is currently searching for a Corporate Actions Associate to join their voluntary team. This opportunity offers you the chance to develop your Corporate Actions skills in a fast paced, challenging environment as well as giving you the chance to participate in project work.
As Corporate Actions analyst you will be responsible for the processing of voluntary events within European, UK, African, Middle Eastern and Euroclear markets. These events will include rights issues, tenders and exchanges for equities, bonds and warrants. You will be required to interact with various internal areas to resolve issues and breaks. Assisting in stock lending and reconciliations will also be an aspect of this position.
Experience of voluntary corporate actions is essential for this position as is an understanding of the broker dealer environment and the risks related to it. You will have a good understanding of various markets and will be driven by deadlines. If you are educated to degree level your application will be befitted.
