Corporate Actions Business Analyst/SME, London, £550pd
A leading banking group is looking to recruit a corporate actions BA/SME to join a team involved in implementing a Corporate Actions software solution in accordance with the middle office requirements.
The chosen candidate will be required:
to work with the project team to achieve successful implementation of a new solution.
to ensure that the expected benefits, particularly business benefits, are acheieved and that the supporting business operating model is successfully achieved.
to work closely with the product and project managers, external vendors, a matrix of SME's as well as the business and IT.
Responsibilities include:
Analysis of business requirements for the creation of an effective, capabale and suitable global corporate actions processing platform.
Liaison with the product managers to define the future strategy of middle office services.
Delivering training to business users
Creating test and migration plans as well as executing these plans in conjunction with IT.
Staekholder management across the business users and sponsors
The Chosen candidate must:
Have corporate action experience at minimun of team leader/supervisor level
Experience of Corporate Action processing
Have previous project experience and have knowledge and experience of project tools.
Have at least 1 major corporate action solution system implementation
