This leading independent corporate advisory firm provide strategic advice to clients around mergers, acquisitions and divestments, capital raisings and debt and project advisory.
Due to growth and deal flow they are looking for a senior investment banker to join them to focus on transactions in the resources sector. To be successful you will have:
- 15+ years investment banking experience with a significant component of this being in the resources sector.
- Be able to originate and manage the execution of transactions
- Provide training and development to more junior bankers
Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a mining / geology and / or finance degree will be assumed. Candidates must be team players with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. While our client will consider Australians returning from overseas a local network in the resources sector is preferred.
