Corporate Analysis Manager – Investment Banker, Big Four Accountant sought
Our client is a leading consumer focused business.
They are now looking for a Corporate Analysis Manager , who will work of the Head of Business Development.
You will be responsible for the analysis and financial modelling of growth within for both new business opportunities and the growth of existing areas. This will include the development and execution of commercial models, mergers and acquisitions, and the preparation of strategic financial analysis in support of the business plan. The person in this role will support the development of an incisive commercial approach throughout the organisation in support of the corporate strategy of the business
The Corporate Analysis Manager will also provide line management of the Lead Analyst, and will provide quality assurance for all financial models developed as part of bids, tenders, business cases or mergers and acquisitions. Presentations to the Executive Team will be expected as part of this role.

We are interested in meeting professionals from investment banking, corporate finance or corporate development with probably at least 5-10 years work experience. You could be within investment banking, corporate finance, MA, Big Four business modelling.
