Corporate and Business Development Analyst
The Corporate and Business Development Analyst reporting to the Corporate and Business Development Director will have the following responsibilities:
Due Diligence activities
• Support the management and execution of due diligence processes (including coordination of internal and external teams):
• business due diligence
• financial due diligence
• legal due diligence
• regulatory due diligence
• tax due diligence
• Support the preparation of executive summaries and presentations for top management
Business plan and valuation activities
• Support the preparation of business plans for acquisition opportunities based on information memorandum and on due diligence results
• Support the preparation of financial evaluation of acquisition opportunities
• Support the preparation of executive summaries and presentations for top management
Execution activities
• Support the negotiations of agreements
• Support the closing activities
• Support the preliminary phase of integration of acquired assets
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• 3-5 years of experience in the transaction services branch of a leading firm or equivalent experience;
• Experience in due diligence and valuation activities in the pharmaceutical sector will be a plus
• Excellent English and excellent computer skills (excel, word, powerpoint)
• Ability to work independently and to meet tough deadlines
