The Company
Our client is a well established Corporate Bank that is looking to grow its Account Opening team. This is a great opportunity to join a very strong team in the market.
The Role
Reporting to the VP, you'll work closely with you team in on boarding new clients for the firm. You will serve as a single contact point for the business including Sales, Credit and Legal in regards to queries surrounding the on-boarding of clients. Working with other internal teams like KYC, you will obtain document requirements as well as ensuring the client is followed up with to obtain all necessary paperwork. There will be weekly reporting of MIS and facilitates status meetings with the business to resolve any issues. Strategic projects will also be a part of your duties.
Your Profile
- A degree qualification in finance or equivalent
- 10 years plus working in Account opening in a coproate bank
- Familiar with KYC especially for PRC clients
- Individual who vigilant in delivering results, attention to detail, and breaking down barriers and obstacles.
- Focused on delivering a seamless and smooth 'client experience' regardless of the complexity of the IB internal infrastructure.
- Maintains a sense of urgency and ability prioritise and multi-task.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
