Niche overseas bank with strong stability rating, seeks a Corporate Banker with thorough grounding in Credit to fulfil this hybrid role. Focussed upon top tier corporate client base, their activities are principally around Project Infrastructure Finance in the MENA region. The role will involve analysing and preparing credit proposals for all new lending, investment and trade related business, as well as monitoring the existing portfolio. Furthermore the incumbent will be required to maintain and expand Corporate relationships, researching and identifying prospective clients within the mandate of London. The suitable candidate will be well experienced in Corporate banking, typically starting a career in Credit therefore benefiting from the training, subsequently having moved into a client facing role, either in a new business or restructuring/business support capacity. Ideal opportunity for those who prefer the smaller environment without compromising the scale of transactions.
