The focus on growth across Corporate Commercial Business Banking has meant that an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Santander Corporate Banking Change team.
This role will join a dedicated team of Project Managers supporting a broad portfolio of projects focused on process, systems and product change across the business.
The role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate to work within a dynamic environment and gain extensive business exposure.
As a Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Existing Project Management skill set including scope management, development and monitoring of project plans, and issue and risk management and resolution.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including experience in liaising with internal stakeholders up to director level.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Understanding of Commercial/Corporate Banking - Knowledge of the Santander business model, systems and processes would be ideal.
- Proven analytical ability and problem solving skills.
As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
- Leading business workstreams within projects supporting the growth of Santander Corporate, Commercial Business Banking.
- Identifying, developing and leading the implementation of process improvement to enhance business performance.
- Building effective working relationships and leading teams across the business and externally.
- Developing cost-benefit analyses to support project proposals and ensuring that HR, Finance, regulatory, compliance, audit and strategic / cross-functional requirements are met.
- Managing all resources available across the full project lifecycle through to delivery

Salary: £40k - £50k + £6,000 car allowance and excellent benefits
