A senior opportunity has become available for a passionate and highly professional Agribusiness Corporate Banker to join a dynamic global Investment Bank. This is a business with a global reputation for excellence, a company that prides itself on the quality of the staff the training and the promotional opportunities they are able to offer.
The position will concentrate on the flow of grain, cattle, cotton and other agricultural products into Asia/ India and the Middle East with an emphasis on Trade/Structured Finance, FX and Product Hedging. You will utilise your skills in deal structuring, negotiation, credit analysis, execution and documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve revenue targets through identifying and developing new Trade and Structured Finance across Agribusiness clients
- Drive revenue through maintaining and developing existing relationships
- Work closely with and assist internal stakeholders both domestically and regionally from Credit through to Marketing, Corporate Advisory, Project Finance, Markets and Operations
- Maintain and control Credit Approval and Portfolio Controls
Key competencies:
- Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications and possess relevant experience in a Agribusiness Commercial / Institutional Banking.
- Strong Agricultural Product Knowledge
- Strong Credit Analysis and financial modeling skills
- Portfolio Management and expansion developing experience
- Exhibit outstanding verbal and communication skills
- Display a commercial and results focused approach
