Our client, an International Bank, is actively looking to add to its Canadian Corporate Banking Group based out of its office in Downtown Toronto. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to enter the next phase of his/her Corporate Banking career as it will enable them to make the jump from Senior Credit Analyst to an entry level Relationship Manager. This role offers the opportunity to manage a small client portfolio as well as to assist a team of senior relationship managers with increasing the credit pipeline.
Qualifications:
Candidates to meet consideration for this full-time career opportunity will have 3 or more years of experience at a senior analyst level with any cluster of the following: Syndication; Account Relationship Management; Loan Adjudication; Origination; Cash Flow Modeling; Deal Structuring; Commercial And Retail Lending; Infrastructure Finance; Financial Covenants; Project Finance; Term Sheet Negotiations; and, Redit Risk Assessment/Rating.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills are a must combined with the proven ability to communicate effectively with lawyers and customers with respect to loan and related documentation.
