Corporate Business Project Manager recruitment
Hudson are actively looking to recruit a Business Project Manager to assist our market leading FS client with ongoing project work.
This hybrid role within the business has been created by the heads of department to assist on new Business Initiatives. The business has multiple projects happening at the same time and therefore, this individual will be facing off to a variety of Subject Matter Experts from Tax, Compliance, Legal, Finance regulation, Audit, Risk, IT Operations.
This highly responsive and intellectually focused corporate PM will be part of the round table steering committee and heavily involved in getting new business products of the ground and into operation; thus generating new business streams and growth for the business.
You must have previous Financial Services experience and have worked across similar workstreams in a previous role; strong BPR change and dealing with corporate strategy programmes.
This will be a fairly stand alone role and will give the post holder the opportunity to grow and develop a niche project team within the business.
Key accountabilities for this role will be as follows:
Planning, organisation and control of projects during the whole project lifecycle to agreed timescales and budgets
Ownership and management of project goals, risks, finances and resources
Obtaining agreement on project deliverables and ensuring that they meet all the requirements of both the business and across multiple systems groups
Accountable for co-ordinating across multiple system groups and ensuring all impacted parties are co-ordinated and delivering to a common project goal – acting as a central point of contact
