Corporate Client Account Manager/Client Portfolio Manager recruitment

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing an allocated portfolio of clients.

• Acting as first point of contact for allocated client portfolio

• Providing cash management solutions to allocated clients, to include electronic banking products and liquidity management

• Taking responsibility for client related account opening documentation

• Liaising with clients face to face and over the telephone

• Attending regular meetings with clients in order to review client accounts and to offer value, support and solutions to any potential issues or queries 

• Carrying out regular client reviews to ensure optimal streamlining of client accounts

• Liaising with internal and external contacts regarding client queries and issues, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner

• Ensuring that client documentation meets compliance and audit requirements

• Acting as a point of contact for other departments regarding portfolio related queries

• Actioning client account changes/updates as required, ensuring that all documentation is signed off accordingly

• Ensuring the smooth running of allocated corporate client accounts on a day to day basis

• Prioritising daily workload accordingly

• Assisting in training new members of staff

• Assisting team members with client queries/issues as required

You will have:

• Previous experience of corporate client account management.

• Previous experience of working within a corporate banking environment

• Strong knowledge of commercial/transaction banking products

• Solid knowledge of Cash Management and Transaction Management

• Solid understanding of cash management products.

• A working knowledge of European clearing systems and payment mechanisms to include BACS, CHAPS and Fast Payments

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and to agreed timeframes
