This role is responsible for a dedicated portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact within Client Services for facility management and collateral management transaction related matters. This position is also accountable for the broader Lending Operational activities for the Relationship Team.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in a client services role, ideally within banking and be able to demonstrate proficiency with banking systems like CACHE, Orion, Razor, CCMS. Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude will be essential whilst tertiary qualifications will also be highly regarded.
