CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS, SENIOR OFFICER / ASSISTANT MANAGER recruitment

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, you will develop and manage innovative ideas, tools and channels to facilitate employee understanding and knowledge of business strategy and priorities from both the global and regional perspectives, you will create an open, two-way communication culture between the management and employees as well as organise staff events, like town halls, and lead staff engagement activities and promote intergroup communications.

Externally, you will assist in positioning the company and developing the external perception and brand of the firm, develop and manage good relationships with regional and international media as well as organise media events. In addition, you will work closely with the management and practice leaders to identify opportunities to promote the company’s success stories as well as identify speaking platforms to establish the company’s thought leadership position within the industry.
Last but not least, you will leverage on the Group’s strategy to develop and manage Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives within the region and provide guidance to local offices on a focused CSR strategy.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 5 years experience in public relations, preferably within the finance industry or PR consultancy experience. Superior communication skills, both written and oral, in Chinese and English are required. Articulate and able to communicate and work with a broad variety of personalities at all levels. Team player with proven interpersonal skills. Excellent listening and persuasive skills.
