Corporate Communications Sr. Consultant Job in Austin, Texas US
Develops, implements, and manages a communications strategy and plan to support enterprise-wide transformation. Enables the building of productive, mutually valued relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders at all levels to support the achievement of Dells business objectives. Helps shape leaders and employees understanding of the transformation and the role they play in its success.
Principal Accountabilities
Aligns and orchestrates organization-wide transformation messaging to facilitate a common understanding, support Dells transformation strategy, increase overall team member engagement, and promote the culture and behaviors that are critical to transformation.
Responsible for ensuring the appropriateness and consistency of communications to a variety of stakeholders, including leaders, executives, managers, and employees.
Regularly consults with and advises executives and other stakeholders on communications and stakeholder engagement, change communications, message reinforcement, and other communication matters to ensure strategic alignment and maximize communications effectiveness.
Works closely with organizational change management, portfolio and program management, and other transformation teams to ensure tight integration of messaging, activities, and deliverables.

Qualifications
Other Qualifications
10+ years of related work experience
BA or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
Expert knowledge in internal, executive, and project-based communications
Enterprise-wide communications experience in large, matrixed, organization
Demonstrated understanding of and experience with communications strategy, transformation, and organizational change management
Experience directing and guiding communications contractors and agencies
