is seeking an Accomplished Professional to become our

CORPORATE COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this position has principal authority and responsibility for the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of all aspects of Hudson Headwaters Compliance Program. The Corporate Compliance Officer serves as the Networks Confidentiality and Privacy Officer, including maintenance of the Network Compliance Hot-line and oversight of Risk Management functions including liaison with malpractice carriers and associated legal entities, related reporting requirements, proactive risk management initiatives and support of medical staff associated with risk management activities.

Qualifications: Appropriate combination of education and experience required. Must possess demonstrated knowledge, skill level and professional integrity in the areas of compliance and risk management. Must work well with all levels of management and be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
