Corporate Controller (Based in Nanjing) recruitment
Responsibilities
- Monitor business financial performance of business units
- Partner business unit’s senior management to drive business performance
- Identify and assist in continuous improvement of business operations
- Budget management reviews and performance monitoring
- Capex reviews and monitoring of return on investments
- Strengthen the human capital, processes, systems and structures relating to Financial, Accounting, Controlling, Tax Legal in China business unit
- Implement strengthen Corporate Governance in China
- Support change management activities by Corporate and Business Group
- Develop pool of talents for expansion and growth plans in China
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or similar, MBA preferred
- At least 10 to 15 years’ experience with 5 years in a senior managerial role
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience in China or covering China businesses preferred
- Handled group of (cross border) companies with diverse portfolios
- Strong exposure in financial planning/ analysis/ costing/ controllership/ accounting function in MNC/ manufacturing operations
- Candidates with a mix of finance/investment and business operational experience will have distinct advantage
- Strong understanding and implementation of business processes and controls
- Results oriented and meticulous
