NYC based residential owner/manager seeks CPA to handle corporate accounting function. Responsibilities include supervision of Departmental Controllers, Accounts Receivable Payable Depts, operational internal control review, review implementation of accounting procedures, workpaper preparation, general ledger maintenance assistance to outside accountants in connection w/year end audits corporate partnership tax return preparation consolidations.
