Corporate Controller Job in Burlington, Massachusetts Us
Corporate Controller - $300M complex organization. Position will report to the CFO, provide leadership and direction to the accounting organization in the management of consolidations, treasury operations, revenue accounting, cost accounting, preparation of financial statements, and tax.
Person will support CFO in preparation of budgets and forecasting.
Manage large staff of 25+ including Divisional Controllers.
Key person for technical accounting for MA activity.
Lead all international accounting
Qualifications
· MBA and/or CPA designation with experience in a large, multi-national Public Accounting firm desirable.
· 10 years of accounting experience.
· 2 - 4 years in a financial controllership role within a High-tech/software/Manufacturing company desirable.
· Strong knowledge of US GAAP with particular emphasis on software revenue recognition.
· Strong work ethic and leadership skills with high level of integrity.
· Excellent communication skills
