Corporate Counsel
Our client is a multinational IT company and a 'Fortune 100 Best company to work for'. The company has grown substantially in the last 10 years and is at the forefront of innovative technological change that is making a substantial difference to the way IT services are delivered. It is now seeking an IT/commercial lawyer to join the legal function to support the sales function on a variety of commercial contractual arrangements. Ideally you will have had experience of commercial IT transactions, preferably in software or SAAS and between 5 and 10 years post qualified experience, although all candidates with demonstable ability to fulfil the role will be considered.
