Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Counsel for its Fremont, California headquarters who will be primarily responsible for providing commercial transactions support for NETs worldwide businesses. Key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and negotiation of a variety of hardware, software and services agreements and provision of day-to-day general legal counsel in a fast paced collegial environment. Experience with government contracting, including federal acquisition regulations and GSA schedule contracts, a plus. The position may also be involved in with vendor and licensing arrangements, review of marketing initiatives, responses to litigation, and advising on various legal matters. You will work with professionals across functions and contribute to the development of legal strategy and legal support processes.
