Corporate Credit Desk Analyst
This Analyst role Associate level 1 is ideal for someone who wants to learn investment skills and enjoys working in a demanding and fast-paced market-oriented environment.
This role will be working very closely with Credit traders and making suggestions to the traders which corporates in Europe Asia and Australia they should invest in from a corporate debt perspective across All sectors, spanning from Investment Grade to Distressed debt. The London team consists of a portfolio managers, Credit Analysts and Quantitative Analysts. The analyst role focuses on investment analysis, risk management and portfolio management assistance. You will make buy and sell recommendations to fund managers.
Candidates will be experienced credit analysts with financials experience.
Qualification
- Experience in Asset management, Investment banking (leveraged finance, MA) Fixed income Trading, consulting or Investment research
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
With the ability to invest across Europe, Asia and Australia this is a great platform for a first move to Investment Banking working for a tier 1 Bank. The responsibilities will include reviewing of a wide variety of distressed opportunities and investment recommendations.
The ideal candidate is likely to come from a leveraged finance team within a leading Investment Bank or equivalent looking for a minimum of 2 years exposure to the market.
