Corporate Credit Risk Analyst, AVP
The division are responsible for effective management of credit and trading risk exposures, providing risk assessment, transaction structuring, deal execution and risk profile monitoring for counterparties throughout the portfolio
Some of the duties within this role will include:
- Performing high quality credit analysis
- Ensuring timely submission of Credit Approval documentation, quarterly monitoring of clients financial performance, and other analysis and reporting as required
- Analysing risk ratings on an ongoing and timely basis
- Ongoing monitoring of the exposure for assigned clients and ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions
- Ensuring adherence to prevailing credit policy
- Building a sound understanding of Global Corporate and Investment Banking product suite
- Developing a working understanding of relevant legal documents, including term sheets, credit agreements and amendments
- Support stakeholders within the business to optimise client relationships
- Provide support and guidance to junior Analyst within the team
It is essential that you have relevant Corporate Credit Risk experience from a leading Bank and possess a strong analytical approach. A strong academic background is also a pre-requisite. Good financial modelling skills are highly desirable as is a 2 European language. In return they are offering a starting salary ranging between £55,000 - £65,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus and excellent flexible benefits package.
