Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations and overall quality of service.
- Provide support and assistance to our Canadian customers and sales team
- Communicate with customers to clarify and resolve service and billing concerns
- Provide basic support to customers on inquiries received by means of phone, email or fax
Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years experience
· Capacity to work well under pressure
· Capacity to adapt to an ever changing and evolving industry
· Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skill
