Corporate Customer Services Executive

Working as a customer services representative you will be responsible for the day to day management of one or more of our corporate vehicle leasing customer accounts. You will work to set targets as well as maximising all new business opportunities. Each account is different and therefore offers different challenges and opportunities this means that the work is varied and there is a heavy focus on building effective relationships across the business. A programme is available for your development and your Team Leader and colleagues will support you in your ongoing training.

Responsibilities

· Manage Designated Corporate Accounts
· Improve customer service scores
· Handle Account enquiries
· Build and manage effective relationships
· Manage face to face meetings with clients
· Produce data led bespoke reports for customers

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities;

· Come from a strong customer services background
· Have good communication skills
· Have a proactive approach to business
· Be confident in their ability to work independently
· Proven ability to maintain and grow business relationships
· A good level of English and Maths – grade C at GCSE or equivalent, along with good PC skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Previous leasing or fleet management experience, or vehicle product knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.
