Corporate Development
The ideal candidate will be either a consultant from one of the leading strategy consultancies (Bain, McKinsey, Wyman, BCG etc.) or a 3rd year MA Analyst at a top investment bank. Junior MA Associates or current Corporate Strategy Managers should also apply for this position. Candidates must have a particular interest in the consumer sector; however our client is open to speaking to individuals with various sector exposures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop new product to establish the market leading proposition in the sector
- Determine discrete segment propositions
- Monitor and track loyalty uptake and incremental revenue generation
- Determine and optimise ROI of scheme
- Drive PL performance by building and improving a customer analytics programme to drive trial, engagement and customer acquisition, retention and reactivation
- Develop sophisticated segmentation, lifetime valuation
- Work with the Operations Director, Regional Managers, District Managers and shop teams to deliver high levels operational engagement with the scheme
- Research and implement best practices from other customer and loyalty marketing programmes
