Corporate Development Analyst – FTSE Business – TMT
Our client is a leading, global business and they have an established Corporate Development team that has a Pan-European presence. They are looking for an Analyst to join their team. This is an MA role but you will also work closely with the internal strategy team on deals and there is a planned acquisition trail over the next coming years.
The role:
• Working across multiple global business lines on projects;
• Hands-on involvement in all aspects of the acquisition process;
• High exposure to the senior management of the company,
Skill requirements
• 2-3 years MA experience within a tier 1 bank or leading boutique;
• Strong financial modelling skills;
• European languages would be an advantage;
• TMT experience would also be advantageous;
